Meet the Doctor
Dr. Scott Carlton was born in Minnesota, he grew up in Florida and attended his last years of grade school in Ogden, Utah. He graduated from Weber State College in 1989 with a Bachelors of Science in Zoology. Dr. Carlton attended Creighton University where he graduated with a degree in Dentistry in 1994. He then joined the United States Air Force and completed a one year advanced education general dentistry residency and then was stationed at Hill Air Force Base until 1998 when he separated and started his private practice. Dr. Carlton has been married to Jennifer since 1990 and has three children. In his spare time he enjoys all that Utah has to offer, snow skiing, snowmobiling, waterskiing, golfing, riding motorcycles and ATV's, and all the recreation areas from Bear Lake to Lake Powell.
Dr. Carlton is dedicated not only to providing the best of his education and experience but also to providing a comfortable atmosphere. He is a member of the Utah Dental Association and American Dental Association and exceeds the minimum number of continuing education hours required. Each operatory is equipped with, TV, headphones, and nitrous oxide when necessary. He tries to involve you in your dental care as much as possible so that you can be an active partner in achieving beautiful teeth that will be strong and healthy for life.
